Ingredients For vegetarian meatloaf

12 ozvegetarian meat (i use yves)

1/2 pkgbeef and onion soup mix
-
1 Tbspcanola oil
-
2 lgeggs, beaten
-
1/2 tspgarlic
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1/4green pepper
-
5 slicewhite bread
-
nonstick spray
- MEATLOAF GLAZE
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1 tspmustard
-
5 tspbrown sugar
How To Make vegetarian meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2In a large bowl, combine vegetarian meat, beef and onion soup mix, garlic and finely diced green peppers.

3Tear bread into small quarter sized crumbs. Add to mixture. Stir well.

4Add oil and beaten eggs. Mix. Add shredded cheese. Mix.

5Spray dish with nonstick spray before putting in oven. Either use loaf pan or make into loaf shape on any pan. Bake about 35 minutes.

6GLAZE: mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar. Top meatloaf. If you are not using loaf pan, coat the sides as well to prevent it from drying out.
