Got this recipe from Southern Living and added my own twist to it...

Ingredients For southern style meatloaf

2 lblean ground beef

1/2 lgonion, finely chopped

1/4 ccelery ribs, finely chopped

1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned

2 lgeggs
-
1 sliceday old bread, tore in small pieces

2 tspcreole seasoning
-
1/4 cwhole milk
-
1 - 8 ozcan of tomato sauce
-
1/3 cketchup
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce, divided

1 Tbspketchup
-
1 slicebacon ~ (optional)
How To Make southern style meatloaf

1Melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat; add celery and onion, and sauté 7 minutes or just until tender. Let cool.

2Meanwhile, in a large bowl stir together ground beef, 2 eggs~lightly beaten,1/2 can of tomato sauce. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, celery mixture,and next ingredients. Shape into a 10- x 5-inch loaf, cut bacon in half, and put on top of loaf. Bake at 350°for 45 minutes.

3Stir together remaining 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and 1 tablespoon ketchup until blended, pour evenly over meatloaf, and bake 15 to 20 more minutes, or until no longer pink in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
