Mother made these for every Easter dinner. Delicious with a wonderful brown sugar glaze.

Ingredients For mother's ham loaves

1 lbground pork

1 lgegg
-
1/4 cmilk
-
bread crumbs - as needed for firmness

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 capple cider vinegar

1/4 cwater
How To Make mother's ham loaves

1Get All the ingredients together

2Beat egg. Add to meat mixture. Add milk. Add bread crumbs to meat. Mix well. Add enough bread crumbs so the meat is not too sticky.

3Spray dish or pan before adding meat. Shape meat into loaves. Put into dish.

4Heat the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar & water, just until the brown sugar is dissolved

5Pour brown sugar & vinegar mixture over ham loaves.

6Bake at 350 degrees.
