Ingredients For mom's meat-loaf

1 pkgsaltine crackers, finely crushed

1/2 mdonion, chopped

1 lbground beef

1 smbottle of ketchup

1 lgegg

How To Make mom's meat-loaf

1Preheat oven to 450.

2In a medium to large bowl, mix crackers, onion, ground beef, egg, & 1/2 bottle of ketchup, making sure all is mixed in together. Best if mixed by hand. Mix in rest of ketchup,

3Pour milk in the ketchup bottle (fill bottle about 1/2 full), and shake well until milk and left-over ketchup is completely mixed. Pour milk into meat mixture and mix some more.

4Spray nonstick spray into a pan, put mixture into pan and spread mixture evenly.

5Bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
