Ingredients For meatloaf

2 lbground beef
-
1 3/4 -2 ccrushed, ritz crackers

1onion, minced
-
1 smred or green bell pepper, chopped fine

2eggs, plus one extra yolk, beaten

3/4 cketchup
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
1/2 tspeach - salt & pepper
- SAUCE FOR TOP OF MEATLOAF

1/2 cketchup

1/2 tspgarlic salt

3/4 tspdry mustard

1 1/2 Tbspmollasses

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Mix all ingredients together & shape into a loaf. ( Sometimes I place a couple strip of bacon on top). Place in loaf pan or on rack over a sheet pan. Bake for an hour. Make sauce while loaf is baking: just mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside. After loaf has baked an hour, apply sauce, evenly over the top and continue baking for another 20 - 25 minutes.
