Many recipes have minature marshmellows but I made this without to make it more diabetic -friendly. Sugar free pudding and fat free yogurt. Enjoy.

Ingredients For watergate salad

1 can(8 oz) crushed pineapple

1 pkg(3.4 oz)pistachio pudding
-
1 pkg(8 oz)thawed cool whip

1/2 cchopped pecans
-
2 pkgfat free pina cola yogurt

1 can(11 oz) mandarin orange
How To Make watergate salad

1Combine all ingredients. Do not drain pineapple but do drain the oranges before adding. (Break up oranges while blending)

2Refrigerate 1 Hour

3Store leftovers in refrigerator.
