Many recipes have minature marshmellows but I made this without to make it more diabetic -friendly. Sugar free pudding and fat free yogurt. Enjoy.

Ingredients For watergate salad

  • 1 can
    (8 oz) crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg
    (3.4 oz)pistachio pudding
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz)thawed cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 pkg
    fat free pina cola yogurt
  • 1 can
    (11 oz) mandarin orange

How To Make watergate salad

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients. Do not drain pineapple but do drain the oranges before adding. (Break up oranges while blending)

    Refrigerate 1 Hour
  • 3
    Store leftovers in refrigerator.
