Ingredients For potato salad

  • 6 lg
    peeled potatos (any kind)
  • 5
    hard boiled eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    dill pickle relish
  • 3 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4
    chopped purple onion
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

How To Make potato salad

    Boil potato's until tender and drain. Cut into bite size cubes, put in a large bowl.

    Chop 4 of the eggs and add to potato's. Slice one egg for the top.

    Add everything else to potato bowl with salt and pepper to your taste and mix. You may want to add a little more mayonnaise if needed.

    Lay the slices of egg on top and sprinkle with paprika.
