A simple, delicious light salad. Use any kind of pears you want and use pecans if you prefer.

Ingredients For pear salad

  • 1 bag of prepared mixed salad greens
  • 2 pears, cut into chunks; peeled or unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup walnuts or pecans cut in half

How To Make pear salad

    Add lettuce onto salad plates.

    Add the pear chunks and walnuts.

    Combine the honey and lemon juice and drizzle over salad. Serve.
