Ingredients For gnocchi with sausage and spinach

  • 17 oz
    gnocchi
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 md
    onion finely chopped
  • 1 lb
    italian sausage casing removed
  • 1 clove
    garlic finely chopped
  • 5 oz
    bag baby spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make gnocchi with sausage and spinach

    cook gnocchi according to pkg. reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid
  • 2
    heat oil in large skillet, add onion and sausage until browned. Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper.

    Add drained gnocchi and the reserved liquid. Add parmesan cheese. toss and serve
