This recipe was so easy to make and my family liked it a lot..it was healthy and very tasty. Serve with Jasmine rice, sure to lift the Salmon carefully with a large spatula (pancake turner) so it stays whole when you plate it : top with the pineapple salsa...enjoy!

Ingredients For teriyaki salmon-baked
- SALMON

38 oz. each salmon fillets

2/3 cteriyaki sauce

pineapple juice added to teriyaki sauce to make 3/4 cup
-
honey added to same teriyaki and pineapple juice to the measuring cup to make 1 cup
- ROASTED WHOLE GREEN BEANS

3 cwhole green beans

1/4 colive oil
-
1/2 tspeach salt and pepper
-
1 tspgarlic powder with parsley

1 pinchdill weed
-
1/4 cslivered almonds
- PINEAPPLE SALSA
-
1/2 to 3/4 cpineapple tidbits

2 mdripe tomatoes,seeded and diced
-
1 bunchgreen onions,chopped
-
1/4 cgreen onion tops,chopped

1/4 tspeach salt and pepper
How To Make teriyaki salmon-baked

1Heat oven to 375^. Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with non stick canola oil.Set aside. In a 1 cup measuring cup add the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice and honey as directed;sir well. Place the salmon skin side down, in the prepared glass dish. Pour the sauce over the salmon evenly.. tent the dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes then remove the foil, turn salmon over , so skin side is up- and bake for 5 to 10 minutes;until fish flakes easily.

2roasted beans: Turn oven heat up to 425^. Lightly spray a jelly- roll pan or baking pan with sides. Set aside. In a medium sized bowl add the olive oil,salt, pepper garlic powder and pinch of dill weed. Lightly whisk. Add green beans to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.Spread beans evenly on prepared pan. Sprinkle almonds oven all. Bake 10 minutes checking and stirring after 5 minutes.

3Pineapple salsa Combine tomatoes,pineapple tidbits and green onion in a small bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Chill.

4had some cole slaw on the side-used some leftover pineapple in it .
