I use this crab stuffing all the time for fish too, it's very tasty.

Ingredients For stuffed shrimp

  • 1/2 can
    lump crab meat,or claw,or 2 cups
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper(minced)
  • 1/8 tsp
    mace
  • 3 dash
    tobasco
  • 3 dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • pinch
    thyme, leaves
  • 1/3 c
    minced onion
  • 1
    egg

How To Make stuffed shrimp

    Preheat oven to 350. In 1tablespoon olive oil,and 2 tablespoons butter,soften onion,and red pepper. Cool.

    Meanwhile butterfly the shrimp, leaving tails on, and place on a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Gently mix the rest of the ingredients, including the cooled onion,and peppers,and place about a tablespoon full pressed down on each shrimp.
