My twist on a Friday fish dinner. I bought some fresh smoked paprika right from a farmer who specializes in fresh herbs and spices. This is easy and I served with My smokey mac n cheese! This also can be broiled or grilled in foil packs. Enjoy, We sure did!!!

Ingredients For smokin mahi mahi

    mahi mahi fillets about 6oz
  • 2 Tbsp
    smoked paprika
  • spicy infused olive oil
  • 1
    lemon
  • salt

How To Make smokin mahi mahi

  • 1
    First I infused a cup of olive oil with Few red hot peppers and a garlic clove. Warmed on stove then let sit til cooled, strained, poured in bottle for use.
  • 2
    On a cookie sheet drizzel with olive oil, rub paprika on fish, place on pan salt lightly, and drizzle with more oil. and bake pn 400 degree oven for 8 minutes turning fish half way thru. Sqeeze with fresh lemon and serve.
