I love the lightness of the coating on this fish. Seasoned just right. Perfection! Season to your taste with the salt, pepper and paprika... like more lemon flavor, add some extra...It's delicious!! Enjoy!

1 lbcod fillet's

1/4 cbutter

1 - 2 clovegarlic, minced

1/3 cflour

paprikafor flour & garnish

koshersalt & fresh cracked black pepper

1 1/2 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make ~ scrumptious! lightly dusted baked cod ~ cassies

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Salt & pepper your fish. On a plate, mix desired salt, pepper and paprika with flour. In a microwave proof bowl, add butter and garlic. Microwave approx 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Add lemon juice.

2Dip fish pieces one at a time in the butter mixture, then dip in flour mixture and place on a shallow baking sheet.

3Once all are breaded, pour remaining butter mixture over fish and bake for 30 minutes or until fish is starting to become golden and flaky. I lightly sprinkled with a little more paprika and kosher salt, before serving.

4Serve with your favorite tarter sauce and some lemon wedges, in my case I tried Jeanne Gliddon's delicious home made tarter sauce. I will include the link to her recipe in the comments section of this recipe. It was superb!
