I made this recipe years ago, and remember really enjoying it...love the dill sauce. Will add a picture when I make it again... Enjoy!

Ingredients For salmon & mustard dill sauce

1 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1green onion, sliced
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
1/3 c+ 1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 1/2 tspdill weed, fresh is best

41 inch thick salmon steaks or 1 1/2 pounds

salt& pepper to taste
How To Make salmon & mustard dill sauce

1In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, green onion,mustard, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp dill weed. Cover & chill. In a large resealable baggie, add the salmon. Pour in the remaining lemon juice and dill weed. Marinade in for 1 hour in refrigerator. Salt, pepper and grill, broil, fry or bake until fish flakes with fork. Serve with prepared dill sauce, salt & pepper as desired.
