Ingredients For pico de gallo fish

1 lbfish filets, your choice

1/2 lgwhite onions

1 1/2 lgtomato

1/4 ccilantro, fresh

2 lgserrano chiles

3 ozolive oil, extra virgin

3 ozred wine vinegar
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 Tbsplemon pepper

1 tspred chili powder
-
3/4 tspcumin

1 Tbspgarlic

2 Tbsplime juice

How To Make pico de gallo fish

1Marinade any fish in honey mustard dressing, salt & pepper to cover while chopping Pico de Gallo.

2Chop each ingredient and add to a bowl, then toss like a salad.

3Place in frig while pan frying fish. I use coconut oil, (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan), to fry for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side.

4Top fish with Pico de Gallo & serve with a starch. I serve with home made pinto beans.
