My go to recipe when I want to have fish and my husband is hungry for something that I don't like! It only serves 1-2 so it is perfect for me for dinner and heats up well for lunch the next day. Nutritional Values per serving of 3.2 oz/ 3.5 gm Carbohydrate/ 4.5 gm fat/ 20 gm. protein/ 0.5 gm. fiber

Ingredients For parmesan tilapia

  • 6.4 oz
    tilapia fillets (cut in half)
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 1/2 md
    lemon
  • 1 tsp
    coconut oil

How To Make parmesan tilapia

  • 1
    Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Rinse filets and place in dry mixture to coat. If you like it a little spicier, add a little more cayenne pepper.

    Melt the coconut oil in a fry pan, add fish filets, and fry 3-5 minutes per side, to desired browning stage. Squeeze with fresh lemon if desired.
