Don't be put off by the number of ingredients in this luscious dish. It goes together quickly and can be made up and put in the refrigerator up until it is ready to be baked. The baking is only 20 minutes and along with some rice or spaghetti, you will have dinner made in no time. A friend's dad made this over 20 years ago and I have made this recipe since then. It has a such a lovely taste and the heat can be brought up to what your family desires. I love dipping my French bread in the sauce. Yum!

1Simmer sauce in pan for 10 min. Pour over shrimp and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours. Stir often. Preheat oven at 300 and bake shrimp turning frequently until they turn pink about 20. mins.
