Ingredients For mayonnaise baked fish

4 mdfish fillets your choice i used perch

1 Tbspolive oil

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/4 tspdried dill
-
1/4 tspold bay seasoning

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mayonnaise baked fish

1Preheat oven 400 degrees Brush fillets with olive oil

2Mix together the rest of ingredients except panko. spread on each fillets.

3Press each fillet in panko bread crumbs and place in baking pan. Panko is only on one side.

4Bake for 10 minutes or until done. Finish in the broiler for 2 minutes
