We like to have fish around our table several times a week. I thought this one up while trying to find a different way to enjoy. We think that the amount of lime is just right - you get a hint of flavor but it isn't overwhelming.

Ingredients For lime crusted fish

  • 4
    orange roughy filets ( or your favorite white fish)
  • 1 c
    lime flavored tortilla chips(ground very fine)
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of one lime

How To Make lime crusted fish

  • 1
    Pour lime juice over fish filets.
  • 2
    Grind tortilla chips in a food processor until they are very fine.
  • 3
    Stir in cumin, paprika and zest
  • 4
    Bake for 12 minutes at 450. ( baking time will very with the variety of fish you use)
