I love fried fish, but not all the fat, so I made this a couple times and it's crispy and healthier than fried fish. You'll be surprised how good it tastes.

Ingredients For healthy crispy halibut

1/2 cbread crumbs, i used whole wheat

1/2 tsplemon-pepper seasoning

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tsppaprika

1/4 tspdried parsley

4halibut or flounder fillets
-
1/2 c1% milk
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
-
lemon wedges for garnish
How To Make healthy crispy halibut

1Heat oven to 500. In bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Dip fillets in milk, dredge in bread crumb mix.

2Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray, heat baking hseet in oven for 3-5 mins. Arrange fillets on baking sheet, drizzle w/ butter. Bake until flaky, about 8-10 mins. Serve w/ lemon wedges.
