Fresh garden veggies and herbs make for a yummy tuna salad sandwich. I added 10 minutes cooking time for the boiled egg. The citrus grill seasoning has dehydrated citrus peel and other great goodies which made this sandwich a real treat!

1/2medium cucumber, chopped

2sweet mini peppers

1/4 cchopped fennel or celery

1/4 smonion, chopped

1 Tbspflat parsley, fresh

1 Tbspchives, fresh

1 Tbspdill, fresh

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 tspdijon mustard

1 tsphoney

1/2 Tbspcitrus grill seasoning - i used tones brand

2sandwich rolls
-
6sharp cheddar cheese, sliced

1/2 cshredded lettuce

crumbled crispy cooked bacon or bacon bits
How To Make garden harvest tuna salad subs

1In a medium bowl add drained tuna, and finely chopped egg.

2In your food processor add cucumber, fennel, onion, sweet pepper, and fresh herbs. Pulse until fine. Add to tuna and egg.

3Add mayo, mustard, honey, and seasoning. Stir to combine. Let sit in refrigerator until ready to serve for flavors to combine about 20 minutes.

4On sandwich roll place chopped lettuce, slice cheese, and a spoon tuna filling. Top with crumbled bacon and enjoy!
