1Cut the fish in pieces.

2Pour it with salt,pepper and lemon juice,set aside an hour in the fridge.

3Heat the oil,roll the fish in flour and fry them.

4Serve them with boil potatoes,covered with melted butter,and chopped fresh parsley.
