  • 500 g
    fish
  • 400 ml
    oil
  • salt pinch
    salt
  • 100 ml
    lemon juice
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper

How To Make fryied fish

    Cut the fish in pieces.

    Pour it with salt,pepper and lemon juice,set aside an hour in the fridge.

    Heat the oil,roll the fish in flour and fry them.

    Serve them with boil potatoes,covered with melted butter,and chopped fresh parsley.
