Ingredients For fish tacos with lime sauce

1 lbtilapia fillets, fresh

2limes
-
1/2 cmayonnaise

1 tspchili powder

2 Tbspolive oil

1/3 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspsalt

8flour tortillas (6" - 7" size)

1 cslaw mix
-
jalapeno slices
How To Make fish tacos with lime sauce

1Rinse fish and pat dry. Cut into 1" pieces. Set aside.

2Lime Sauce Juice the limes into a bowl. Stir in mayo and chili powder into the lime juice. Transfer 1/3 of lime sauce into another bowl; toss fish in it. Set remaining sauce aside.

3Toss fish in flour and add to hot oil. Cook 3 minutes, adding oil if needed. Drain fish on paper towels.

4Wrap tortillas in paper towels and heat in microwave for 30 seconds.

5Top tortillas with fish, slaw, lime sauce, slaw and jalapenos.
