Ingredients For fish fillets with pecan crunch coating

2 Tbspdijon mustard

2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/4 choney
-
1/4 cfresh bread crumbs

1/4 cfresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cpecans, finely chopped

4fish fillets (4-6 oz. each)

salt and pepper
How To Make fish fillets with pecan crunch coating

1Combine the dijon mustard, butter and honey in a bowl and mix well. Mix the bread crumbs, parsley, and pecans in another bowl.

2Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard mixture. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and pat to adhere to the surface.

3Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
