  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and quarted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tps chopped parsley

    BOIL THE POTATOES WHEN ALMOST DONE ADD THE FISH WHEN THE FISH FLAKES DRAIN THEM MASH THEM TOGETHER LET COOK MAKE PATTIES COOL FRY IN A LITTLE OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER COMBO, ADDING MORE IF NEEDED DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS ADD MORE SALT ON TOP IF NEEDED SERVE, ENJOY SOME PEOPLE LIKE KETCHUP ON TOP MY MOM SERVED THESE WITH BAKED BEANS
