Very easy to make, but tastes like you spent some time making this! Delicious!! I usually serve w/ rice and a salad.

Ingredients For easy crab-stuffed fish fillets

1-1/2 lbwhite fish fillets, like haddock or cod

6 ozreal crabmeat, drained, flaked

2 ozreduced-fat cream cheese, softened

2 Tbsplight mayonnaise

1 tsphot sauce
-
1 Tbspchopped fresh chives
-
4 Tbspbreadcrumbs, i used italian style, you can use plain

1 lgegg
How To Make easy crab-stuffed fish fillets

1Heat oven to 350. In a shallow bowl, mix together crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, chives and egg.

2Lay out fish fillets. Spoon equal amounts crab mix onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure w/ a toothpick. Wrap each fillet in foil.

3Place fillets on a baking sheet. Bake about 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
