ash wednesday tuna salad plate
I had leftover salads my friend Christine brought over. Since it was Ash Wednesday I had to skip the burger and go with the home made tuna salad. I used lime juice because it was on hand.

Ingredients For ash wednesday tuna salad plate

1 cansolid white tuna

2 Tbsphellman's canola mayonnaise

1 Tbspred onion

1 stalkcelery stalk

2 Tbspprogresso italian bread crumbs

2 dashtabasco

1/2 cstore-bought potato salad

1/2 cstore-bought bean salad

10ore-ida mini tater tots

1 Tbsplime juice
How To Make ash wednesday tuna salad plate

1Bake mini tater tots while making tuna salad. Drain can of tuna and put in a medium sized bowl. Dice celery and red onion. Then add to tuna.

2Add lime juice, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Chill while tater tots are baking.

3Arrange Romaine lettuce on plate. Place scoops of salads on to lettuce. Add a drizzle of your favorite salad dressing. Enjoy with some crackers or bread sticks.
