Ingredients For white chicken lasagna

1 clovegarlic, mashed and sautéed

1 boxlasagna noodles

3 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cpimento
-
3 cshredded chicken
-
1/2 tspbasil
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 conion and green bell pepper diced and sautéed
-
2 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 jar16 ounce small curd cottage cheese

2 citalian cheese blend or monterey
How To Make white chicken lasagna

1Cook noodles according to box instructions. Cook chicken. I prefer to purchase a rotisserie chicken to shredd.

2In Dutch oven or sauce pan, sautéed onion and pepper in butter. Stir in soup, milk, pimento, basil and shredded cheese.

3Place in 13x9 pan and layer; pasta, cream sauce, cottage cheese and Parmesan. Repeat layers.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
