teriyaki marinade

A sweet girl gave this recipe to me years ago and it's still good today. I make it often to put over rice, pork, chicken and beef. Can't go wrong with this one.

Ingredients For teriyaki marinade

  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic

How To Make teriyaki marinade

  • 1
    Warm soy sauce and vinegar in sauce pan, add sugar, ginger and minced garlic. stir until sugar is dissolved. Enough to marinate 6 breasts or whatever meat you prefer.
