swiss 'n' chicken bake
Such an easy dish to make when you're rushed, and hearty, filling, and tasty too. You could add your favorite vegetables instead of, or in addition to, the celery. The original recipe came from Kraft, though I have added some changes of my own. Photo: kraftrecipes.com 11-09-14

Ingredients For swiss 'n' chicken bake

4 cchopped cooked chicken

2 ccroutons

1-1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

2/3 cmayonnaise

1/2 cmilk

4 stalkcelery, sliced

1/4 conion, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1/3 csliced almonds
How To Make swiss 'n' chicken bake

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place into a 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

2Sprinkle almonds over top of mixture.

3Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 40 minutes or until heated through.

4NOTE: You may substitute 3 cans (12.5 oz.ea.) of chicken breast, drained and flaked, for the chopped cooked fresh chicken.
