sweet sticky chicken bites

A quick chicken dish that I serve with white rice, so yummy. Great for when you don't have much time to cook. Also great as an appetizer, just stick a toothpick into each chicken bite.

Ingredients For sweet sticky chicken bites

  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 4
    chicken breatst, skinless, boneless, cut into cubes or strips
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make sweet sticky chicken bites

    In bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken pieces.

    Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Brown all chicken pieces, ( may have to do in batches.) Pour sauce over chicken and simmer 10 mins.
