Ingredients For spicy peach chicken

  • 3 lg
    chicken breasts
  • 1 jar
    peach preserves
  • 18 oz
    sweet baby ray's sweet & spicy bbq sauce or bbq sauce of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make spicy peach chicken

    Rinse and pat dry your chicken breasts, and sprinkle with salt, pepper & onion powder. Brown in a hot/oiled pan. Place in slow-cooker on low for 2 and a half hours. Mix together the peach preserves & bbq sauce. After 2.5 hours,remove the chicken,drain the pot,replace the chicken and pour the sauce mixture over top.

    Cook on low for 1 additional hour. Easy peasy,tender and flavorful chicken. Just serve with a veggie(I chose green beans)and some rice for a delicious dinner with a kick! Plus, the kiddo loved it. I just love when he cleans his plate!
