How To Make spicy coconut chicken curry

1Heat oil in large pot over med-high heat. Add the chicken and onion, cook, stirring for about 5 min. Mix in the curry paste and remaining veggies, cook, stirring for a few min. Pour coconut milk into the pot and boil. Add butter and simmer over med. heat until butter melts, chicken is fully cooked. Serve with rice.
