Very simple but full of flavor chicken drumsticks. They can be served as an appetizer or a main dish, maybe w/ some spicy cajun or spanish rice? You can always add more hot sauce to make it spicier!

Ingredients For slow-cooked, spicy-n-saucy drumsticks

4 lgchicken drumsticks

1/2 cbottled, favorite picante sauce

4 tspfrank's red hot sauce

1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tspdried thyme
-
1bayleaf
-
2 tspcanola or vegetable oil
How To Make slow-cooked, spicy-n-saucy drumsticks

1Lightly spray a 3-1/2 quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in bpottom of cooker. In bowl, whisk together picante sauce, hot sauce, paprika, thyme and bay leaf.

2Pour sauce over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs, or on high for 3 hrs. Transfer chicken to a lg bowl. Remove bayleaf. Stir in oil. Spoon sauce over chicken.
