My husband lived in Buffalo NY for 25 years and he says these are better. They can also be done on the stovetop

Ingredients For shar's buffalo meatballs

  • 1 -2 lb
    ground chicken
  • 2 stalk
    celery sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic minced or chopped small
  • 1 md
    carrot, shredded
  • 2/3 c
    crumbled blue cheese or cheddar
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/8 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    franks or texas pete hotsauce or your choice
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make shar's buffalo meatballs

    Place the chicken, celery , carrot, and blue cheese or cheddar , bread crumbs in a bowl mix with hands
  • 2
    Take about one tablespoon size of chicken mixture and with hands form a ball place in crockpot.

    In a fry pan add the olive oil ,butter, garlic and onion cook till translucent add the chicken broth heat till it bubbles pour into crockpot
  • 4
    Add the hot sauce and ranch dressing to crockpot after One hour. Continue to slow cook for 45 minutes. Serve an enjoy
