Ingredients For shar's buffalo meatballs

1 -2 lbground chicken

2 stalkcelery sliced thin

1 1/2 Tbspgarlic minced or chopped small

1 mdcarrot, shredded
-
2/3 ccrumbled blue cheese or cheddar
-
1/4 cbread crumbs
-
2 canchicken broth
-
1 1/4 Tbspdry ranch dressing mix

1 1/8 Tbspfinely chopped onion
-
2 Tbspfranks or texas pete hotsauce or your choice

1 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make shar's buffalo meatballs

1Place the chicken, celery , carrot, and blue cheese or cheddar , bread crumbs in a bowl mix with hands

2Take about one tablespoon size of chicken mixture and with hands form a ball place in crockpot.

3In a fry pan add the olive oil ,butter, garlic and onion cook till translucent add the chicken broth heat till it bubbles pour into crockpot

4Add the hot sauce and ranch dressing to crockpot after One hour. Continue to slow cook for 45 minutes. Serve an enjoy
