I love Asian food. This recipe is better than most of the sesame chicken I have had in restaurants. Really good and easy to make.

Ingredients For sesame chicken

2 Tbspeach flour and cornstarch

1/4 tspeach baking soda, baking powder and sesame oil

2 Tbspeach soy sauce and water

1 Tbspdry sherry

1 tspcanola oil

1 lbchicken breast cut into pieces

1 qtoil for frying
- SAUCE
-
1 cchicken broth
-
1 csugar
-
2 Tbspeach dark soy sauce and white vinegar

1 Tbspeach mirin, sesame oil, and fish sauce

2 tspchili paste
-
2 clovegarlic minced
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/4 ccornstarch
-
2 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
How To Make sesame chicken

1Mix together the first nine ingredients in bowl. Add the chicken and coat well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2For the sauce Mix the first 9 ingredients for sauce together in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together and add to sauce. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until thickened. Keep warm

3Heat oil to 375 degrees. Drop the battered pieces of chicken in hot oil. Cook until browned about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel lined plate.

4Stir chicken in sauce and top with toasted sesame seeds.
