Ingredients For sausage cornbread stuffing

  • 1 lb
    roll sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
  • 1
    pan of cornbread (plain), crumbled
  • 3-4
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • butter, for sauteeing

How To Make sausage cornbread stuffing

  • 1
    Mix sausage, eggs & cornbread in bowl.
  • 2
    Saute onions and bell pepper. Add to cornbread mixture.
  • 3
    Add salt and pepper and soup. Mix all well.
  • 4
    Stuff chicken or pork chops and cook accordingly. Or bake in a 350 degree oven til heated through.
