This recipe was born of neccesity, trying to keep a large apartment cool, and unable to afford a.c. The rice I made myself, the rest of the recipe was acquired on a refrigerator "hunt". Sometimes po'man meals are better than any expensive and time consuming one I can come up with...ijs!!

1 pkgrice a roni creamy 4 cheese blend

3 ccooked rice, your choice

2 lgboneless grilled chicken breast, sliced

2 mdspicy brats, thin sliced (i used johnsonville

1 smeach, bell pepper and onion, diced

2 Tbspeach, cumin and a-1 sweet mesquite dry rub

1/2 ptmushrooms, or what's left in the fridge

1 jar15 oz. medium queso

1 stickbutter
How To Make refridgerator rice by iris

1Gather all ingredients, cook rice according to directions.

2Rinse stove top rice of your own to remove excess starch. The butter and queso will make it creamy.

3Add other ingredients one at a time, stirring after each addition.

4Heat thru and serve.
