Ingredients For pasta with smoked chicken breast and dill sauce

14 ozfettucine or linguine

4 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspsalted capers, rinsed

1 Tbspwholegrain mustard

1/2 mdred onion, finely sliced

2smoked chicken breasts, sliced

2 Tbspdill, fresh chopped

2 Tbspitalian parsley chopped
How To Make pasta with smoked chicken breast and dill sauce

1Place the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water over high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente.

2While the pasta is cooking, place the oil, lemon juice, capers, mustard and onion in a small saucepan over low-medium heat and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.

3Drain the pasta and place on a large serving plate. Toss through the oil and lemon mixture, chicken, dill and parsley. Serve with lots of cracked black pepper and a soalad of baby English spinach.
