If you love garlic, Parmesan and wings, you will love these. One of the treats I made for the Superbowl. I served with an array of crusty breads pieces to sop up the yummy bits of garlic and juice in the bottom of the dish. The garlic becomes so sweet & yummy! Enjoy!

How To Make ~ parmesan / garlic wings ~

  • 1
Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Place prepared wings into a 9 x 13 ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil - at least 1/4 - 1/2 cup worth. Rub wings with the oil, evenly.
  • 2
Now, sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over wings. Rubbing some on each wing.
  • 3
Season evenly. Pour about 1/4 cup water down the inside edge of dish. Wrap with foil and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
  • 4
Remove the foil and reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake until desired crispiness. I sometimes place under broiler as I turn them. Just be careful not to burn garlic. Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese, while hot. I always have some good crusty bread to sop up the yummy juices. Enjoy!
