Ingredients For parmesan garlic buffalo wings

  • 4 lb
    chicken wings - bake, deep fry, grill
  • SAUCE
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    or to taste - grated, parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c
    or to taste - franks red hot sauce
  • 6 large clove
    garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey - optional

How To Make parmesan garlic buffalo wings

    Place all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    When wings are done, whisk sauce making sure the butter is mixed into the sauce well. Place about a dozen or so wings in a bowl with lid. Pour some sauce, enough to coat wings. Shake well. Pour out onto a platter and repeat with remainder of wings...enjoy!
