Ingredients For oven-fried parmesan chicken

1egg, ligthly beaten

3 Tbspmilk

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cfine dry bread crumbs

1 tspdried oregano, crushed

1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/8 tspblack pepper
-
2 - 2 1/2 lbchicken breast halves, thighs and/or drumsticks

2 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted
How To Make oven-fried parmesan chicken

1Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl combine egg and milk. In a shallow dish combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika and pepper.

2Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumbs. Arrange chicken in a greased large shallow baking pan, making sure pieces don't touch. Drizzle chicken with melted butter.

3Bake for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender an no longer pink. Do not turn chicken during baking. If desired, garnish with fresh oregano.
