Ingredients For oven fried chicken breasts

  • 4-6
    large bone-in chicken breast (remove skin)
  • 1 stick
    butter, mleted
  • 2 c
    corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes-dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme-driend
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • salt and pepper--to taste
  • ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***

How To Make oven fried chicken breasts

  • 1
    Mix the corn flakes, cheese, parsley, thyme, oregano, garlic salt, and salt and pepper together. Place in a dish for dredging the chicken. Dip the chicken in the melted butter then roll each breast in the corn flake mixture (covering well). Place each piece of chicken in a foil lined pan. (shinny side up). Bake uncovered for exactly 1 hour.
