Ingredients For oven fried chicken

8assorted pieces of chicken, skinned

2 cCorn Flake crumbs

2 tsppaprika
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspground thyme
-
1/2 tspred pepper
-
1/4 tspsalt

1/2 clow-fat buttermilk (can sub regular milk)
How To Make oven fried chicken

1Combine Corn Flake crumbs and seasonings in a plastic bag, mixing well.

2Dip chicken pieces in milk and roll in crumb mixture, shaking to coat.

3Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
