Ingredients For oven chicken salad

  • 3 can
    chicken (13 oz), drained
  • 1 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 c
    cashew pieces
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green peppers or tri-color pepper mix
  • 1/4 c
    pimientos (optional)
  • 3/4 c
    mayo (can be low fat)
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    skim milk
  • 1 can
    french-fried onions (divided)
  • pinch
    paprika

How To Make oven chicken salad

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of onion and paprika. Pour into greased 9x9 or 8x12 casserole.

    Top with remaining onions, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
