Ingredients For oven chicken salad

3 canchicken (13 oz), drained

1 cdiced celery

1/2 ccashew pieces

1/2 cchopped green peppers or tri-color pepper mix

1/4 cpimientos (optional)

3/4 cmayo (can be low fat)

1/2 tspbasil
-
3 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/4 cskim milk
-
1 canfrench-fried onions (divided)

pinchpaprika
How To Make oven chicken salad

1Mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of onion and paprika. Pour into greased 9x9 or 8x12 casserole.

2Top with remaining onions, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
