Trying to use up my oranges this was a quick and easy way to make a great and different meal.

Ingredients For orange chicken with mushrooms

  • 6
    thin sliced boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth, low salt
  • 1 pkg
    sliced mushrooms
  • fresh parsley

How To Make orange chicken with mushrooms

    Add seasoned salt to flour. Dredge the chicken in the flour and sauté in olive oil and butter, set aside
  • 2
    Add the mushrooms, 1 tbs of butter and 1 tbls of flour to pan, add the orange juice, chicken broth to the pan stir until thickened
  • 3
    Add the chicken back to the gravy and sprinkle with parsley
