Ingredients For oh so moist chicken breasts

  • 2 lb
    chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 3/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c
    apple juice
  • 1/3 c
    light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    light soy sauce
  • 2 c
    hot cooked rice

How To Make oh so moist chicken breasts

    Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken until browned. Remove chicken from pan.

    Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat, stirring over medium heat. Add chicken back to pan. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
