We eat a lot of chicken, and I wanted something different. So, I came up with this sauce to put on my spicy chicken. It took the taste of the chicken to a whole new level. My husband loved it. I will be using it on other meats too.

This avocado sauce is so good, you'll use it on more than just chicken. It would be delicious on fish or meat. The sauce has the right combination of creamy and tangy with a definite spicy kick. Ingredients For nelda's spicy chicken with avocado sauce

2avocados, scooped out

1 csour cream

3 Tbsplime juice

1 1/2chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce

1/2 pkgdry ranch seasoning

2 TbspDijon mustard

2 tspminced garlic

salt and pepper, to taste

3-4boneless chicken breast

Tony Chachere's More Spice Seasoning or seasoning of your choice

4 Tbspolive oil, enough to sear chicken
How To Make nelda's spicy chicken with avocado sauce

1For the sauce, add avocados, sour cream, lime juice, chipotle, ranch seasoning, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.

2Blend well.

3For the chicken, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with seasoning.

4Sear chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes.

5Flip and cook for another 5 - 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Serve sauce on top of chicken.
