This avocado sauce is so good, you'll use it on more than just chicken. It would be delicious on fish or meat. The sauce has the right combination of creamy and tangy with a definite spicy kick. If it's too spicy, the heat can be adjusted. This chicken recipe is a way to use avocados for more than guacamole.
