1chicken, baked, diced

4eggs, hard boiled, diced

1celery stalk, diced

1 Tbsponion, finely chopped

1 pkgnantucket blend [back to nature brand]

1-2 cmayonnaise

1-2 cgrapes, halved
How To Make nantucket chicken salad

1Bake one whole chicken. When cool, remove meat from bones and dice. Dice eggs and celery. Finely chop onion. Cut grapes in half grapes.

2Mix all ingredients in large bowl with mayonnaise, add one 10 ounce package of Back to Nature Nantucket Blend. Stir until blended.
