Ingredients For moo goo gai pan

2chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

10crimini mushrooms

smbunch broccoli, use florets only

1/2 smhead cabbage, cored and diced

2 mdcarrots, peeled and sliced thin

1 csnow peas
-
1 canbaby corn, drained

2 cchicken broth
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspground ginger
-
1 1/2 tspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspwater
-
1 tspcorn starch
-
2 Tbspsesame oil
How To Make moo goo gai pan

1Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add veggies and chicken.

2Stir-fry until veggies are tender.

3Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Heat to almost boiling. In a cup combine water and corn starch until dissolved completely. Add to sauce. Cook stirring frequently until sauce thickens.

4Add the sauce to the cooked veggies and chicken. Cook stirring often until heated through.

5Serve over white rice.
